EGM 2025 - Update

An Extraordinary General Meeting was held on October 1st to ask for the members agreement on proposed Changes to the Constitution, to comply with the legal requirements needed to purchase the land the club is on. The reason for this was to secure the provisional offer of £500,000 from Sportscotland & SAC & to apply to the Changing Places Scotland Toilet Fund for £55,000 towards a new modern and accessible changing wing for the club.

The results of the EGM were: 28 Voters attended in Person & 4 Voters attended online.

28 people voted to accept the new constitution, 2 people voted against, and 2 people abstained.

29 people voted to allow the trustees to make an offer to the council for the CAT, 2 people voted against, and 1 person abstained.
