Updated Covid Precautions - 8th October

The new Scottish Government measures to stop the spread of Covid 19 in Ayrshire and Arran have had an impact on our activities.
"Contact" sport for adults, where physical distancing of 2m is not possible, is not allowed to take place at this time.
For adults we must now maintain 2m physical distancing at all times, then racing and independent sailing becomes "non-contact", and is permitted. This also applies to use of the RIBs.
During launching and recovery of the RIBs we must also maintain physical distancing of 2m, and it is recommended that we all wear face coverings.
Cadet activities are not affected by the change.
We can continue to run club races and independently sail as long as we:
Don't visit the club if we have any symptoms or are isolating;
Book an Access Slot;
Sanitise our hands;
Don't share equipment;
Maintain physical distancing of 2m at all times.
