Attached are the proposed changes to the current constitution in line with the governments Community Asset Transfer legal requirements.

The Trustees ask for the members approval of an amended constitution in order to apply to own the land the club currently rents from South Ayrshire Council.

The reason the Trustees feel that this is in the long-term interest of the club, is to secure the funding needed to replace the current changing wing which is in much need of modernisation & improvement.

The proposed improvements require investment. Sportscotland and SAC have given us a provisional agreement to provide a total grant amount of £500,000 towards these improvements if we own the land, and if we include disabled access and changing facilities within the plans.
